Alice oversees the firm’s back-office functions including operations, finance, and fund administration. Alice brings over a decade of extensive venture banking and fund administration experiences to the firm. Prior to joining Unicorn in 2019, Alice was a founding member & Head of Private Equity Services Asia at Silicon Valley Bank Hong Kong, where she played an instrumental role in building up the firm as a premium brand for venture banking in Asia, serving many leading venture capital and private equity funds. Previously, she was a Managing Director and the Head of Private Equity and Real Estate at State Street Fund Services Hong Kong where she helped establish the private equity fund administration business in Hong Kong. Alice started her career at Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Newcastle University.
