Kah Fai has over 20 years of private equity fund investment experience. Kah Fai manages and leads the firm’s overall investment activities, with an emphasis on Healthcare. Before co-founding Unicorn, Kah Fai was a co-founder of Eagle Asia Partners (now Flexstone Partners), a fund-of-funds focused on growth and mid-cap managers in Asia, where he led sourcing, due diligence and monitoring in emerging private equity managers in China, India and Southeast Asia. Kah Fai started his career as an Engineer at Seagate Technology, and then joined TIF Ventures, a Singapore government-owned global fund-of-funds platform, as an early investment professional in the nascent days of Asia private equity. Kah Fai holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Unofficially, Kah Fai is the Science of the firm and our Chief Academic Officer (he reads, a lot). Often pulling Tommy back down to earth, he is the grey hair who imparts wisdom to the team.
